- Always drain the gearbox oil when the transmission is at operating temperature to ensure full evacuation of old fluid and suspended contaminants.
- Check your motorcycle owner's manual for the correct service interval and oil capacity before filling — do not rely on generic intervals.
- Do not mix with other gearbox oils or engine oils; flush the gearbox if contamination is suspected before adding fresh Transoil Expert.
- Fill to the manufacturer's specified level using the sight glass or dipstick; overfilling can cause foaming, seal damage, and shifting problems.
- Dispose of used gearbox oil at an authorised recycling or waste-oil collection point — do not pour down drains or onto ground.
- Store unused product in the original sealed container in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and ignition sources.
- Keep the pour spout and container cap clean to prevent introducing debris into the transmission during the fill.
