  • Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water; do not use solvents, petrol-based cleaners or abrasive pads as these can damage the shell finish.
  • Clean any visor or face shield with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, using only a soft microfibre cloth to avoid scratching.
  • Allow all components to dry naturally and fully before storing or wearing the helmet.
  • Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and away from fuel, oil or chemical fumes, which can degrade materials over time.
  • Do not hang the helmet by its chin strap for extended periods, as this can distort the strap anchors.
  • Inspect the retention system (chin strap and buckle) regularly for signs of wear, fraying or deformation and do not use the helmet if these components are damaged.
  • Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no visible damage is apparent — internal EPS foam does not visibly show compression damage.
  • Do not paint, apply stickers to, or use adhesives on the shell without first confirming compatibility with the manufacturer, as these can compromise structural integrity.
