Clean the shell exterior with a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water; avoid harsh solvents or petrol-based cleaners that can damage the finish.
Clean the interior liner by hand-washing with mild soap and warm water, then allow to air dry fully before use — do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Do not apply stickers, paint or adhesive directly to the shell, as these can compromise the structural integrity of the outer surface.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and fuels; UV exposure and chemical vapours degrade helmet materials over time.
