Liqui Moly Hypoid Gear Oil GL-4 80W-90 is a mineral-based transmission fluid designed for hypoid gear sets operating under high-load conditions. It meets the API GL-4 specification, making it appropriate for manual gearboxes and transaxles that require a GL-4-rated lubricant.

- Always consult your motorcycle or vehicle owner's manual to confirm GL-4 80W-90 is the correct specification before use — do not substitute GL-5 or other grades unless the manufacturer expressly permits it.
- Allow the gearbox to cool before draining old fluid to avoid burns; use appropriate PPE when handling used gear oil.
- Drain old gear oil completely and clean the drain plug area before refilling to the manufacturer's specified quantity — do not overfill.
- Do not mix with GL-5 gear oils or fluids of different specifications; mixing can reduce performance and damage seals.
- Store unused product in the original sealed container in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ignition points.
- Dispose of used gear oil at an approved waste-oil recycling facility in accordance with local Australian regulations — do not pour down drains or onto the ground.
