The KYT TT-Revo in the Synchrotron E06 colourway is a full face road helmet built for sport-touring use — long weekend rides, commuting and everything in between. Its shell is produced from KYT's ADT advanced thermoplastic and moulded in two shell sizes, so smaller heads aren't stuck wearing an oversized lid.
The profile is developed in the wind tunnel and finished with an integrated rear spoiler for stability at speed, while front intakes and rear extractors move air through the helmet on warmer days. Inside, the fully removable and washable comfort liner is shaped to sit comfortably with eyewear, and the micrometric ratchet strap makes fastening quick and repeatable.
The wide-view main visor is anti-scratch treated, anti-fog lens ready and swaps out through a quick-release mechanism. Homologated to ECE 22.05 and available in sizes XS to XL.

- Check the fit before first use: the helmet should sit firmly without pressure points, and the micrometric strap should be adjusted so the toothed rack engages snugly under the jaw every ride.
- Remove the cheek pads and crown liner and hand wash them in lukewarm water with a mild soap; rinse thoroughly, air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources, and refit only once completely dry.
- Clean the shell and visor with warm water and a mild soap using a soft cloth — never use petrol, thinners, ammonia-based glass cleaners or other solvents, which can attack the thermoplastic shell and visor coatings.
- Soften dried insects by laying a damp cloth over the visor for a few minutes rather than scrubbing, as the anti-scratch coating marks easily under dry wiping.
- Use the quick-release mechanism to remove the visor for cleaning or replacement, and refit an anti-fog lens (sold separately) according to the tensioning instructions supplied with it.
- Replace the visor when scratching, hazing or delamination starts to affect vision, especially for night riding.
- Keep the front intakes and rear extractors clear of dirt and insects so airflow through the helmet is not restricted.
- Store the helmet in its bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight; do not hang it on a mirror, indicator or bar end, as this can compress and damage the internal liner.
- Do not paint the shell, apply solvent-based adhesives or stickers, or modify the shell or retention system in any way.
- Replace the helmet after any impact or significant drop, even if there is no visible damage — energy-absorbing liners are single-use.
