Clean the outer shell with a mild soap solution and a soft damp cloth; avoid petroleum-based solvents, petrol or acetone as these can damage the shell finish and foam liner.
Clean the visor with warm water and a soft cloth; never use dry or abrasive materials that can introduce fine scratches.
Remove and hand-wash the inner liner and cheek pads (if removable) according to the care label; allow to dry naturally away from direct heat.
Do not paint, sticker or apply adhesives to the shell unless the product is specifically rated for such modification — chemicals in adhesives can compromise structural integrity.
