- Select your size using two measurements taken with the leg in full extension: knee width (across the centre of the kneecap) and knee circumference (directly below the kneecap). Medium suits knee width 10.8–11.4 cm and circumference 34.0–36.0 cm.
- Confirm the brace is fitted to the correct leg — this is a right knee brace only.
- Wipe the frame, liner, and straps with a damp cloth after each ride; avoid harsh solvents, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, which can degrade TPU and polymer components.
- If the liner contacts fuel, chain lubricant, or similar fluids, rinse promptly with clean water and allow to air dry fully before storage or reuse.
- Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources; sustained UV exposure and elevated temperatures can degrade carbon composite resins and polymer impact components over time.
- Inspect the Human Motion Hinge® periodically for excessive play or visible wear; replace hinge pads if they show significant compression set or surface damage.
- Check all straps and buckles before each ride; replace any strap that shows fraying, cracking, or noticeably reduced elasticity.
- Swap extension stop sets to match your riding discipline — firmer stops for track racing, more open settings for trail or enduro where greater knee bend is needed.
- Fit the included multi-sport cover when using the brace for activities other than moto to protect the hinge and frame from incidental contact.
- After any significant impact or crash, inspect the frame, hinge, and liner thoroughly for cracks or deformation before riding again; replace compromised components — do not ride on a structurally damaged brace.
