The HJC F70 Galla MC-9SF is a full-face motorcycle helmet built around HJC's PIM+ polycarbonate shell, designed to deliver a balanced combination of protection, ventilation and everyday comfort for road riders.
The Galla graphic is rendered in HJC's MC-9SF semi-flat finish — a dark, low-sheen colourway suited to riders who prefer understated styling without sacrificing visibility in traffic. The interior features HJC's KwikWick III moisture-wicking liner, which is fully removable and washable for long-term freshness.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water; avoid solvents, petrol or abrasive cleaners that can damage the shell finish and graphics.
- Wipe the visor with a clean, damp microfibre cloth — never use paper towels or dry cloth, which can scratch the anti-scratch coating.
- Remove the KwikWick III interior liner by unclipping it from the helmet and hand-wash in cool water with mild detergent; allow to air-dry fully before refitting.
- Do not machine-wash the interior liner.
- Install a Pinlock EVO insert (sold separately) to reduce fogging in wet or cold conditions; follow the Pinlock fitting instructions to ensure a proper seal against the visor pins.
- Store the helmet in its carry bag or a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours and extreme heat, all of which can degrade the shell and liner materials over time.
- Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no external damage is visible — the EPS liner absorbs energy by deforming internally and will not offer the same protection in a subsequent impact.
- As a general guideline, replace the helmet every five years from the date of manufacture or sooner if the shell, visor or retention system shows signs of wear or damage.
