Remove the cheek pads and comfort liner before washing; hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and allow to air dry completely before refitting.
Clean the outer shell with a damp cloth and mild soap only; avoid petrol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners that can degrade the shell or finish.
Clean the visor with warm soapy water and a soft cloth; never wipe a dry or grit-covered visor as this causes fine surface scratching that impairs visibility.
Use the Rapid Fire lever to remove and refit the visor without tools for easier cleaning or replacement.
Inspect the shell, visor, and retention system for cracks or damage before each ride.
Replace the helmet immediately after any significant impact, even if external damage is not visible — EPS liner damage is internal and cannot be assessed by eye.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours, and chemical exposure when not in use.
Do not hang the helmet from handlebars or mirrors, as this can place stress on the shell and retention system over time.
