Clean the outer shell with mild soap and warm water on a soft cloth; avoid petroleum-based solvents, petrol, or abrasive cleaners, which can degrade the polycarbonate shell and damage the graphic finish.
Clean the visor with a damp, lint-free cloth only — never a dry cloth — to avoid scratching the lens surface; avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners.
Remove the interior liner and cheek pads and hand- or machine-wash according to their care labels; allow to air dry completely before refitting.
To remove the visor, engage the RapidFire release tabs at the base of each side simultaneously and lift; reverse to refit — no tools required.
Inspect the visor for scratches or crazing regularly; a compromised visor reduces optical clarity and should be replaced.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours, and chemical fumes; use the supplied bag or a padded helmet bag to prevent surface scratching.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact event, even where external damage is not visible — EPS liners are single-use protective devices.
Inspect the chin strap webbing and buckle before each ride; retire the helmet if the strap shows fraying, cuts, or the buckle does not latch securely.
