The Mitas H-03 Classic is a road-biased tyre built for vintage and classic motorcycles, in the traditional 3.50-18 size. It is a cross-ply, tube-type casing carrying a 62P load and speed rating, and the same tyre can be fitted front or rear depending on your bike's fitment.
The period-look block tread pattern suits restored and classic machines, while the rubber compound is aimed at stable, predictable grip for everyday riding on sealed roads, with enough capability for the occasional easy gravel or dirt section. It's a sensible choice for riders who want an authentic look without giving up day-to-day dependability.

- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified motorcycle tyre fitter — kerbside fitting of cross-ply tyres risks bead and casing damage.
- This is a tube-type (TT) tyre: always fit a new inner tube of the correct size, and check the rim tape or rim band is in good condition before assembly.
- Check that the size and load/speed rating (3.50-18 62P) suit your motorcycle before fitting, and follow your motorcycle manufacturer's recommended fitment and inflation pressures.
- Ride gently for the first few rides so the new tread surface can scrub in — avoid hard acceleration, heavy braking and full lean angles until the surface has worn evenly.
- Check pressures when the tyres are cold, before riding, and top up as needed; under-inflation causes overheating, poor handling and rapid wear.
- Inspect regularly for cuts, splits, embedded stones or nails, bulges and uneven wear, and check that tread depth remains above the legal minimum for your state.
- Expect longer warm-up and reduced grip in cold or wet conditions, and take extra care on painted lines, tram tracks and loose gravel.
- Do not exceed the tyre's load or speed rating, and re-check pressures when carrying a pillion or luggage.
- Clean with mild soapy water and rinse; keep tyre-shine dressings, solvents, petrol and oils off the tread surface as they can reduce grip.
- Store spare tyres upright in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, ozone sources such as electric motors, and sharp objects.
