The Airoh GP550-S Rush is a full-face helmet developed for sport and track-oriented riders who want race-derived aerodynamics in a helmet that suits both road and circuit use. Built around a lightweight composite shell, it reflects Airoh's Italian heritage in helmet design and construction.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth; avoid petroleum-based solvents, petrol, or brake fluid as these degrade shell integrity and painted surfaces.
- Clean the visor with a purpose-made visor cleaner or mild soapy water and a microfibre cloth — never use dry paper towels, which scratch the anti-scratch coating.
- Remove the inner liner and cheek pads by releasing their press-stud or velcro attachments, then hand-wash in cool water with a mild detergent; follow any care labels stitched into the padding.
- Allow all washed interior components to air-dry completely before refitting — do not use direct heat sources such as radiators or dryers.
- Fit the Pinlock insert by aligning the pins on each side of the visor and pressing until it clips securely; periodically wipe both surfaces of the Pinlock insert to maintain anti-fog performance.
- Inspect the visor mechanism and ratchet for smooth operation; if the visor feels loose or does not seat flush, consult an authorised Airoh dealer before riding.
- Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours, and cleaning chemicals, ideally in a protective bag to avoid surface scratches.
- Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even in the absence of visible cracking — composite shells can sustain internal structural damage that is not apparent externally.
- Do not paint, drill, or modify the shell in any way, as this may compromise structural integrity and void any applicable certification.
