The Givi D6415S is a model-specific replacement windscreen for the Triumph Tiger 900, Tiger 900 GT and Tiger 900 Rally from 2020 onwards. It is cut and formed to Givi's pattern for these models rather than being a universal fit, so it follows the lines of the bike's front end.
The smoked tint gives a darker, less reflective look than a clear screen, and suits riders who want to change the appearance of the standard screen or keep a spare on hand. Supplied as a screen only — check your existing mounting hardware and adjuster before ordering if you are replacing a damaged screen.

- Remove any protective film from both faces before or during fitting.
- Rinse with plenty of clean water first to float off grit, then wash with a soft microfibre cloth and mild soapy water.
- Never dry-wipe the screen and avoid paper towel, sponges with scouring faces or any abrasive pad — these put fine scratches into the surface.
- Soften stubborn insects by laying a damp cloth over them for a few minutes rather than scrubbing.
- Keep solvents, petrol, brake cleaner and ammonia-based glass cleaners away from the screen; they can cloud or craze the plastic. Use only cleaners stated as safe for motorcycle screens.
- Support the screen while removing or refitting it, tighten the fasteners evenly and only lightly — overtightening can crack the plastic around the mounting holes.
- Re-check the fasteners and the screen adjuster after the first couple of rides and periodically after riding on rough or corrugated roads.
- Inspect regularly for cracks or star fractures spreading from a mounting hole, and replace the screen if you find any.
- When storing a swapped-out screen, keep it flat or upright in a soft cover, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
- Light surface scratching can often be improved with a polish rated for acrylic or polycarbonate; do not use cutting compounds or machine polishers.
