The GIVI EH8203 is a pair of smoked plexiglass extensions that bolt onto the original handguards fitted to the Moto Guzzi V85 TT from 2019 onwards. They raise the effective height of the standard guards, pushing more windblast and road spray away from your hands.
Made for V85 TT riders who spend time at highway speeds or ride through the colder months and want more shelter without swapping out the bike's factory handguards. The smoked finish keeps the look close to standard, and the extensions are shaped specifically for this model rather than being a universal fit.

- Fit only to the Moto Guzzi V85 TT's original handguards — the extensions are designed to attach to the standard guards, not to replace them.
- Tighten the fasteners progressively and evenly, and stop at snug: over-tightening can stress or crack plexiglass around the mounting points.
- Re-check the fasteners after the first ride or two, then periodically, as vibration can loosen them over time.
- Clean with plenty of clean water and a mild soapy solution using a soft cloth or sponge, then rinse and pat dry.
- Never dry-wipe a dusty or gritty surface — trapped grit will scratch the plexiglass. Flush the surface with water first.
- Avoid solvents, petrol, ammonia-based glass cleaners, insect removers and abrasive polishes, all of which can craze or cloud plexiglass.
- Remove squashed insects by soaking with soapy water rather than scrubbing.
- Keep pressure washers away from the extensions and their mountings; use a gentle hose or bucket wash instead.
- Inspect regularly for cracks, crazing or elongated mounting holes, particularly after a drop or a hit from road debris, and replace if damaged.
- When removed from the bike, store flat or upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, wrapped in a soft cloth to prevent scratching.
