The Givi TN1184 is a model-specific engine guard set for the Honda CB125F (2021-2022). Built from 25mm steel tubing with solid mounting points, it wraps the sides of the engine to take the impact of a low-speed drop or tip-over before your bodywork, engine cases and levers do.

It suits commuters, learner riders and anyone parking in tight spaces or on uneven ground, where the occasional knock is a fact of life. The clean tube shape and black powder-coated finish sit closely to the bike's lines, so the protection reads as part of the machine rather than an add-on.

Givi recommends fitment by a qualified mechanic.

  • Model-specific fit for the Honda CB125F 2021-2022
  • 25mm (1 inch) diameter steel tube construction

  • Follow the supplied installation instructions and fit to the bike's designated mounting points; Givi recommends installation by a qualified mechanic.
  • Leave all fasteners loose until both bars are located and aligned, then tighten evenly so the guards sit square and symmetrical.
  • Before final tightening, check clearance around the exhaust, radiator, cables, wiring and brake lines, and confirm nothing is pinched or rubbing at full steering lock.
  • Re-check the mounting bolts after the first ride or two, then include them in your regular pre-ride and service checks, as vibration can loosen hardware over time.
  • Clean with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents and high-pressure washing directly at the mounting points.
  • Touch up any chips or scratches in the powder coat promptly, and treat the bars with a corrosion inhibitor if you ride through winter, on salted roads or near the coast.
  • Inspect the guards and their mounts after any drop or impact; replace bars that are bent, cracked or have distorted mounting points rather than attempting to straighten them.
  • Remember these guards are intended to limit damage in low-speed tip-overs, not to protect the rider or the bike in a crash, and do not use them as a lifting or tie-down point unless the instructions say otherwise.
