The Tuff Jug Gen 3 is a 20-litre fuel container designed for motorsport refuelling, particularly suited to off-road disciplines such as motocross, enduro and trail riding where reliable, fast refuelling in the field is essential.
This configuration pairs the Yellow 20L Gen 3 jug with a Black Standard Cap and Tuff Jug's signature Auto-Stop Spout, which cuts off fuel flow automatically when the receiving tank is full, reducing spills and overfill. A View Strip on the body lets you check remaining fuel at a glance without removing the cap.

- Rinse the interior with a small amount of clean fuel and drain before first use.
- Ensure the Auto-Stop Spout nozzle is free of debris or residue before each use to allow the automatic shut-off to function correctly.
- Insert the Auto-Stop Spout fully into the receiving tank's filler neck before dispensing fuel to allow the stop mechanism to sense tank fullness.
- Check the View Strip regularly — if it becomes clouded or cracked, visibility of the fuel level may be compromised.
- After use, replace the Standard Cap firmly and store the jug upright to prevent leaks.
- Store empty in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight, ignition sources and extreme heat.
- Do not use the jug for fuels or liquids other than the type it was filled with; cross-contamination can affect engine performance.
- Inspect the jug body, cap seal and spout for cracks or damage before each trip — do not transport a damaged jug.
- Clean the exterior with a damp cloth; avoid harsh solvents that may degrade the plastic.
