The Tuff Jug Gen 3 is a 20-litre (5 US gallon) motorsport fuel jug finished in Kawasaki green, designed for riders who need a reliable, portable fuel solution at the track or in the paddock.
This configuration pairs a black standard cap with an auto-stop spout — a valve-equipped delivery spout that cuts off fuel flow automatically when the receiving tank reaches capacity — and includes a view strip so you can monitor remaining fuel at a glance without opening the jug.

- Rinse the interior of the jug with a small amount of fresh fuel before first use to remove any manufacturing residue, then empty completely before filling.
- Always fill and use the jug in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources, open flame, or running engines.
- To dispense with the auto-stop spout, insert the spout nozzle fully into the receiving tank's filler neck; the valve will cut off fuel flow automatically when the tank reaches capacity — do not force more fuel after the auto-stop triggers.
- After each use, ensure the standard cap is threaded on firmly and the spout is sealed before transporting the jug.
- Store the jug upright in a cool, shaded location away from direct sunlight and heat sources, which can cause pressure build-up.
- Avoid storing fuel in the jug for extended periods; if the jug will not be used for more than a few weeks, empty and rinse it to prevent fuel degradation and seal damage.
- Inspect the cap seal, spout valve, and view strip for cracks or deterioration before each use; replace worn components promptly.
- Do not use the jug for liquids other than the fuel type it was intended for, and do not mix fuel types inside the container.
