The Tuff Jug Gen 3 is a 2.5 gallon (10 litre) portable fuel jug built for pit lane, paddock and workshop use. This configuration comes in blue with a black standard cap and the flexible auto-stop spout with a view strip, so you can watch levels while you pour.
It suits motocross and enduro riders refuelling between motos, track day and race teams, and anyone who wants a controlled, low-spill pour from a jug that is easy to carry and easy to store. The moulded side handle sits where you need it for both lifting and tipping.
Made in the USA from multi-layer HDPE, with a sealed vent design intended to stop weeping around the cap.

- Fit the auto-stop spout for pouring and swap back to the black standard cap for storage and transport — the spout is not a sealed transport closure.
- Tip the jug steadily and let the auto-stop spout meter the flow rather than forcing it; the spout closes off when the receiving tank fills.
- Check the view strip before and during pouring so you know how much fuel is left.
- Leave headspace when filling rather than topping to the brim, so fuel can expand in hot weather.
- Hand-tighten the cap fully after each use and check the cap and spout seals occasionally for cracking, swelling or grit that could cause weeping.
- Rinse the jug and spout with a small amount of clean fuel if it has held stale or contaminated fuel, and drain it before refilling.
- Store upright in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat and any ignition source.
- Wipe up spills immediately and clean the outside with a damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid harsh solvents on the plastic and view strip.
- Secure the jug so it cannot tip or roll when transported in a ute tray, trailer or van.
- Don't use it for fluids the plastic and seals aren't compatible with, and replace the jug or spout if you find cracks, distortion or persistent leaks.
