Clean the outer shell with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid petroleum-based solvents, abrasive cleaners or aerosol sprays that may damage the shell or graphics.
Clean the visor using warm water and a gentle soap; never wipe a dry visor as this scratches the surface.
Remove and hand-wash interior liner and cheek pads (if removable) using mild detergent; allow to air-dry fully before refitting.
Inspect visor pivot screws and retention system periodically; tighten if loose.
Replace the helmet immediately after any significant impact, even if no visible damage is present — internal EPS foam does not recover after a crash.
Do not apply paint, stickers or adhesive products to the outer shell without confirming compatibility with the shell material, as solvents can degrade structural integrity.
