Evans Powersports Waterless Coolant is a propylene glycol-based engine coolant that contains no water. It is formulated as a direct replacement for conventional antifreeze/water mixes in motorcycles, ATVs, personal watercraft, snowmobiles and other powersports equipment.
By removing water from the cooling circuit entirely, the formula operates well above the boiling point of standard water-based coolants, preventing vapour lock, steam pockets and hot spots under sustained high-load conditions. It also eliminates the source of electrolytic corrosion and cavitation erosion that degrade cooling system metals and components over time.
Unlike conventional coolants that require periodic flushing and replacement on a set interval, Evans Waterless Coolant does not deteriorate in the same manner and can be drained and reused when uncontaminated. Supplied in a 3.78-litre (1 US Gallon) container, sufficient for most powersports cooling systems.

- Before switching from a water-based coolant, flush the entire cooling system with Evans Prep Fluid (sold separately) to remove residual water — even small amounts of residual water will lower the boiling point and reintroduce corrosion risk.
- Never mix Evans Waterless Coolant with water, tap water or conventional antifreeze/coolant of any type.
- Drain the old coolant completely and inspect all hoses, clamps, water pump seals and the radiator for leaks before refilling.
- Fill slowly to allow air pockets to purge from the system; follow the vehicle manufacturer's bleed procedure to ensure no air is trapped.
- Do not top up a low level with water — identify and repair any leak first, then top up with Evans Waterless Coolant only.
- Evans Waterless Coolant does not degrade like water-based coolants; inspect for contamination or discolouration at each service interval rather than replacing on a fixed schedule.
- When draining for service, collect the coolant in a clean container — it can be filtered and reused if free from contamination.
- Store unused coolant in its original sealed container in a cool, dry location away from heat sources, direct sunlight and open flame.
- Dispose of any contaminated or degraded coolant in accordance with your local council or state regulations — do not pour down drains or on the ground.
