After installation, verify all mounting bolts are correctly torqued per the fitment instructions included with the guard.
Periodically re-check mounting bolt torque, particularly after off-road use where vibration may cause fasteners to loosen.
After any tip-over or impact, inspect the guard and all mounting points for visible bending, cracking or deformation before riding again.
A visibly deformed guard should be replaced — bent protection may not perform correctly in a subsequent fall.
Clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth; rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent moisture sitting against the frame and causing corrosion.
