The Mitas E-07+ Enduro Trail+ is a 60/40 dual sport tyre built for adventure and trail bikes that spend most of their life on sealed roads but still have to handle gravel, dirt and genuinely rough tracks. This listing is the front fitment in 110/80B19 59H, tubeless construction, in the standard (non-Dakar) Heavy Duty compound.

It suits riders covering long distances where a mid-trip tyre change isn't practical — big-bore adventure tourers, dual sport commuters and anyone running a 19-inch front. The large-block chevron pattern clears water, soil and mud, while the rounded profile carried over from the E-07+ family keeps steering predictable and holds a line through corners on tarmac.

It carries the M+S (mud and snow) marking and is DOT marked for road use. The standard compound is the wetter-weather choice of the range; the Dakar version, identified by its yellow stripe, uses an Ultra Heavy Duty dual compound with a reinforced carcass for greater mileage and is sold separately.

  • Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified tyre fitter; tubeless fitment needs an undamaged, airtight tubeless-rated rim, and a tube should be used if the rim or spoke bed doesn't seal.
  • Observe the rotation direction arrow moulded into the sidewall when fitting, and check the wheel is balanced before riding.
  • Ride gently for roughly the first 100 km — moderate lean angles, no hard braking or acceleration — so the release agent wears off and the new surface keys in.
  • Check cold inflation pressures at least weekly and before long rides, and set them to your motorcycle manufacturer's recommendation for the load you're carrying.
  • If you drop pressures for off-road traction, return to road pressures before highway running — low pressure at speed causes heat build-up and increases the risk of pinch damage.
  • Inspect regularly for cuts, stones trapped between the chevron blocks, embedded objects and uneven or scalloped block wear.
  • Replace the tyre before the tread reaches the legal minimum depth in your state; off-road grip falls away well before the legal limit is reached.
  • Store spare tyres upright in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, away from ozone sources such as electric motors and welders, and away from fuels, oils and solvents.
  • Clean with mild soapy water and rinse; avoid silicone tyre-shine dressings, which leave a slippery film on the tread.
  • Treat any plug or string repair as a temporary get-you-home measure and have the tyre professionally assessed before returning to sustained high speeds.
  • Do not exceed the load and speed rating marked on the sidewall.
