Clean the outer shell with mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth; avoid petroleum-based solvents, petrol, or abrasive cleaners as these can degrade the shell and finish.
Clean the visor with a dedicated lens cleaner or a clean, damp microfibre cloth; never wipe a dry visor as dirt particles will cause scratches.
If the interior liner is removable, hand-wash it in lukewarm water with mild detergent and allow it to air-dry completely before refitting — do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Replace the helmet immediately after any significant impact, even if no visible damage is apparent; the EPS energy-absorbing liner is a single-use component and may be compromised by a single event.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours, and chemical fumes, which can degrade both the shell and the interior foam over time.
