- Follow all torque specifications in Denali's installation instructions for fasteners — do not overtighten.
- Inspect the mount and all fasteners for looseness after the first ride and again periodically, particularly after off-road use or rough terrain.
- Check that connected driving lights remain correctly aimed after installation and re-check if the mount has been disturbed.
- Clean with a soft cloth and mild water-based cleaner; avoid high-pressure washing directed at fastener points or electrical connections.
- Inspect for corrosion at bolt interfaces, especially in coastal or wet climates, and apply appropriate anti-seize compound if required during reinstallation.
- Do not exceed the load rating of the mount — fit only lights and hardware for which the bracket was designed.
