- Always fit with a compatible tube; this is a tube-type (TT) tyre and must not be run tubeless.
- Use tyre levers and a lubricant (e.g. soapy water) when mounting to avoid pinching or damaging the inner tube.
- Check tyre pressure before every ride; consult your bike's owner's manual for the recommended cold inflation pressure for this tyre size.
- Inspect the tyre and tube for cuts, punctures or embedded debris after each off-road session.

- Store unmounted tyres horizontally in a cool, dark, dry environment away from ozone sources (motors, fluorescent lights) and direct sunlight to prevent compound degradation.
- Avoid prolonged contact with fuels, oils or solvents, which can degrade the rubber compound.
- Replace the tyre if the tread is worn to the wear indicators, if there is visible sidewall cracking, or after any impact damage.
