A complete replacement plastics kit from Cemoto to suit the Yamaha YZ125 and YZ250 from 2006 to 2014, finished in OEM colours matching the 2013-2014 factory look: blue front fender, rear fender and radiator shrouds with white side panels.

- Confirm your model and year before fitting — this kit suits the Yamaha YZ125 and YZ250 from 2006 to 2014 only.
- Fit the panels using your bike's existing mounting points and factory fasteners; mounting hardware is not supplied with the kit.
- Fitting in a warm workshop, or leaving the plastics in the sun for a short while beforehand, makes polypropylene more pliable and easier to locate on tight mounting tabs.
- Start all fasteners by hand and tighten them evenly and gently — over-tightening can distort the panel or strip the mounting points.
- Re-check all fasteners after the first ride, and periodically after that, as plastics can settle once loaded.
- Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft sponge or microfibre cloth, then rinse and dry.
- Avoid solvents, petrol, brake cleaner and abrasive pads or polishes, which will dull or craze the gloss finish.
- Keep a pressure washer well back and off the panel edges and mounting tabs; high-pressure water at close range can lift graphics and stress the plastic.
- Degrease the panels thoroughly and let them dry completely before applying any graphics, so the adhesive keys properly to the surface.
- Store the bike out of prolonged direct sunlight where practical — the plastic is UV resistant, but shade helps preserve colour and gloss over the long term.
- Inspect the panels after crashes for cracks or stress marks around the mounting holes, and replace damaged panels rather than riding on them.
