It provides performance gains predominately in the mid and high rev ranges, with a power increase of 1.0 kW (1.4 hp) at 7,600 rpm and a torque increase of 1.0 Nm at 7,500 rpm, when compared to a Honda CBR600RR equipped with a standard stock exhaust system and tested on the Akrapovič dyno. Lightweight materials provide a weight reduction of 35.9% (1.6 kg) against the standard stock exhaust. The development stages intensely focused on throttle response and rideability, and the sound pattern serves up a deep and sporty tone. The EC/ECE type-approval certificate (Euro5+) with no remapping required means it is a simple plug-and-play installation. The exhaust is compatible with Honda original soft panniers.
