This 6V 35/35W headlight bulb with P15D-3 base is a direct replacement unit suited to motorcycles, mopeds, and small off-road machines running a 6-volt electrical system. The dual-filament design provides both high- and low-beam operation from a single globe.

- Disconnect the battery or turn off the ignition before replacing the bulb.
- Verify your motorcycle's electrical system is 6V before fitting — installing a 6V bulb in a 12V system will cause immediate failure.
- Align the P15D-3 prefocus base correctly with the headlight housing locating tabs before locking into place; incorrect alignment will affect beam pattern.
- Avoid touching the glass envelope with bare fingers — handle with a clean cloth or light gloves to prevent premature failure from skin oils.
- After fitting, check both high-beam and low-beam operation before riding.
- If the bulb fails rapidly after installation, inspect the charging system voltage output, as an over-charging system can shorten bulb life significantly.
