The Link International 6V 35/35W P15D headlight bulb is a direct-replacement globe for motorcycles equipped with a 6-volt electrical system. It is suited to classic, vintage, and some smaller-displacement bikes that retain original 6V electrics.
With a dual-filament design delivering 35W on main beam and 35W on dipped beam, and a P15D prefocus base, this bulb fits the headlight housings that call for this specification without modification.

- Switch off the ignition and disconnect the battery before replacing the bulb.
- Handle the bulb by its plastic base only — do not touch the glass envelope with bare fingers, as skin oils cause localised hot spots that shorten bulb life.
- Confirm your motorcycle's electrical system is 6V before fitting; installing a 6V bulb into a 12V system will cause immediate failure.
- Ensure the P15D base seats fully in the headlight socket and that any retaining clip or ring locks securely before reassembly.
- After fitting, test both main beam and dipped beam before closing the headlight housing.
- If the bulb fails repeatedly, inspect the headlight housing for moisture ingress or a faulty voltage regulator before fitting a replacement.
- Dispose of the old bulb through your local recycling or household hazardous waste facility — do not place in general waste.
