The Link International 12V 35/35W BA20D is a direct-replacement halogen headlight bulb for motorcycles, scooters and small vehicles fitted with a BA20D bayonet base. Its dual-filament construction delivers both high and low beam from a single globe, making it a like-for-like swap for OEM fitments that use this base type.

Suited to riders carrying out their own routine maintenance, this bulb restores factory-spec lighting output without modification to the existing headlight assembly or wiring loom.

Switch off the ignition and, where practicable, disconnect the battery before removing the old bulb.
Allow the existing bulb to cool completely before handling — halogen glass reaches high temperatures in operation.
Do not touch the glass envelope of the new bulb with bare fingers; grip only the base. Skin oils cause localised hot spots that significantly shorten bulb life. Use a clean cloth or gloves if needed.
Verify the vehicle's electrical system is 12V and that the headlight circuit is rated for 35/35W before fitting.
Insert the bulb so the locating pins align with the slots in the lamp holder, then rotate to lock the BA20D bayonet.
Re-secure any retaining clip, dust cover or rubber seal before switching the ignition back on.
After replacement, check headlight beam alignment against a flat surface at the correct distance and adjust if required — a misaligned beam reduces visibility and can dazzle oncoming riders.
Dispose of the old bulb responsibly through a glass or hazardous-waste stream; do not place in general household waste.
