- Check tyre pressure before every ride; consult your motorcycle manufacturer's recommended cold inflation pressure for the front axle — do not rely on the tyre's maximum pressure moulded on the sidewall.
- Allow a break-in period of approximately 100 km, avoiding maximum lean angles, hard braking, and aggressive acceleration while the tyre surface conditions itself to your rim and riding style.
- Inspect the tread and sidewalls for cuts, embedded objects, or cracking after every off-road session.
- Tubeless construction permits roadside repair of minor tread-area punctures with a plug kit; always have the repair professionally inspected before returning to highway speeds or extended touring.
- Check tread depth regularly and replace when worn to the minimum legal depth of 1.5 mm (Australia); most AX41 tyres feature wear indicator markers in the tread grooves.
- Ensure the rim is confirmed tubeless-compatible and that the bead seat and rim tape or liner are in good condition before fitting.
- Mount by an experienced tyre technician using appropriate tyre levers and lubricant; avoid heat guns or excessive force that can damage the bead.
