Replacement brake disc (rotor) bolts from Bolt Motorcycle Hardware, made to suit the Suzuki RM125 and RM250. Bolt specialises in OEM-quality fasteners and hardware kits for dirt bikes, so the finish, grade and fitment are intended to match what came off the bike.

Rotor bolts are a wear item that should be replaced rather than reused indefinitely, particularly after a rotor swap or a wheel rebuild. These are made from class 10.9 steel and come with medium-strength thread lock already applied to the threads, so there's no need to add your own before fitting.

Suited to riders and workshops servicing motocross and off-road machines who want correct, ready-to-fit hardware rather than generic bolts from the parts bin.

  • Class 10.9 steel for high shear strength
  • Medium-strength thread lock patches pre-applied to the threads
  • OEM-quality replacement hardware
  • Suits Suzuki RM125 and RM250 brake disc/rotor mounting

  • Check the part suits your exact model and year against the old bolts before fitting — compare thread size, length and head type.
  • Clean the rotor mounting face and the hub carrier of grease, dirt and old thread-locker residue before assembly.
  • Fit dry: the thread lock patch is already applied, so don't add extra liquid thread locker or anti-seize over it.
  • Use a correctly sized, good-condition driver or socket to avoid rounding the bolt heads.
  • Tighten evenly in a cross (star) pattern to the torque figure in your Suzuki service manual — do not guess or over-torque.
  • Re-check torque after the first ride and at regular service intervals, and inspect for any bolts backing out.
  • Keep brake cleaner, oil and grease off the rotor and pads during and after fitting.
  • The pre-applied thread-lock patch works best on first installation; if a bolt is removed, inspect the patch and use fresh thread locker or a new bolt.
  • Discard any bolt that is stretched, corroded, or has a damaged head or thread rather than refitting it.
  • Store spare bolts in a dry place in their packaging to keep the threads and patches clean.
