A genuine Bell replacement top liner for the Moto-9 Flex helmet, supplied in black and sized to suit an XS helmet. It's the crown pad that sits against the top of your head, and it lifts straight out of the helmet for washing or replacement.

This is the part to order when your original padding has worn thin, become permanently soiled, or you simply want a fresh spare to rotate between rides. The liner is removable, washable and treated to resist odour, so it can be cleaned and refitted rather than living with a tired helmet interior.

  • Unclip the liner's retention snaps and lift it out of the helmet — pull on the mounting points, not the fabric, to avoid tearing seams.
  • Hand wash in lukewarm water with a small amount of mild soap, then rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue.
  • Do not use solvents, petrol, bleach or harsh cleaners; they can degrade the padding and damage the helmet's interior.
  • Air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources — avoid tumble dryers, hair dryers and heaters, which can shrink or distort the padding.
  • Refit only when the liner is completely dry to prevent mildew and lingering odour.
  • After a wet or sweaty ride, remove the liner and let both it and the helmet dry out fully before storing.
  • When refitting, check the liner sits flat and every snap is fully engaged before you ride — a loose liner can shift under the helmet and affect fit.
  • Match the liner size to your helmet size; this XS liner is intended for an XS Moto-9 Flex.
  • Replace padding that has become compressed, torn or permanently soiled — worn padding changes how the helmet fits and holds position.
