A genuine Arai VAS-V Max Vision replacement visor in a light tint, made for Arai helmets that use the VAS-V shield mount. It suits riders who want a spare or seasonal shield — a subtle tint that takes the edge off bright daylight without the density of a dark smoke visor.

The visor is Pinlock ready and accepts a Max Vision Pinlock insert for anti-fog performance across a wider portion of the field of view. The insert is not included and is purchased separately.

Fits the Arai RX-7V, QV-Pro, Chaser-X and Profile-V. Check your helmet model before ordering, as Arai visor systems are not interchangeable across all generations.

  • Confirm your helmet model uses the VAS-V shield system before fitting — Arai visor mounts are not interchangeable across all models and generations.
  • Fit and remove the visor using the helmet's side pods; no tools are required, and forcing the shield can damage the mount.
  • Wash with lukewarm water and a mild soap only, using a soft microfibre cloth and light pressure.
  • Never use solvents, petrol, thinners, glass cleaner, ammonia-based products or abrasive cloths — these attack the coating and can weaken the shield.
  • Soak stubborn insects with a damp cloth laid over the visor for a few minutes rather than scrubbing them off dry.
  • If a Pinlock insert is fitted, remove it before cleaning and wipe the insert's inner anti-fog surface gently with a damp cloth only — never rub it dry.
  • A light tint reduces light transmission; carry a clear visor for night and low-light riding and check your state's road rules on tinted visors.
  • Store the visor in a padded bag or the original packaging, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and fuel vapours.
  • Replace the visor if it becomes deeply scratched, hazed, cracked or chipped, as scratches scatter light badly at night and reduce impact resistance.
  • Do not apply stickers, tape or aftermarket coatings to the shield surface.
