The Arai Quantic Snake is a premium full-face motorcycle helmet certified to the ECE 22.06 standard, combining Arai's composite shell engineering with the ventilation and comfort demanded by serious road riders. Handcrafted in Japan, it sits at the top of Arai's road helmet range and suits sport touring and performance road riding.
The helmet is built on Arai's peripheral-belt composite shell and uses the brand's Variable Axis System (VAS) faceshield mechanism, a design that allows smooth, single-hand visor operation across the full range of positions. The interior uses a removable and washable liner system for long-term comfort and hygiene.
The Snake colourway presents a bold graphic design on a white base, giving the helmet strong visual presence while keeping the clean, purposeful character that defines the Arai aesthetic.

- Clean the outer shell with warm water and a mild soap solution applied with a soft cloth; never use solvents, petrol, or abrasive cleaners as these can degrade the composite shell and graphic finish.
- Clean the visor with warm water and a clean, lint-free cloth; avoid paper towels or dry wiping, which cause fine scratches that impair optical clarity.
- Remove cheek pads and crown liner and hand-wash in cool water with a mild detergent; air-dry thoroughly before refitting — do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat sources.
- Inspect the chin strap, buckle, and retention system before each ride for signs of wear, fraying, or damage and replace if compromised.
- Replace the helmet immediately following any significant impact, even when no external damage is visible — composite shells can sustain internal structural damage that is not apparent on the surface.
- Replace the visor if scratching or crazing impairs vision; do not continue to use a damaged visor.
- Do not apply stickers, paint, or chemical adhesives to the outer shell, as certain compounds can attack the composite laminate beneath the clearcoat.
- Store the helmet in its protective bag in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours, and cleaning chemicals when not in use.
