The All Balls Racing Rack Tie Rod End Kit 21-51-1100 is a replacement steering component kit for the Honda Pioneer 700 side-by-side. It covers one side of the vehicle and can be fitted to either the left or the right rack tie rod end.

Worn tie rod ends show up as vague or notchy steering, a rattle over rough ground and uneven tyre wear, so they are a common service item on a hard-working UTV. This kit is intended as a direct replacement for the original part, and is suited to owners and workshops carrying out routine steering repairs.

One kit services one side only — order two if you are replacing both.

  • Fitting is a steering-system repair — have it carried out by a competent mechanic if you are not confident working on steering components.
  • Always support the vehicle safely on stands with the wheels off the ground before removing any steering component.
  • Before removal, note or measure the position of the existing tie rod end on its thread so the replacement can be set to the same starting length.
  • Tighten all fasteners to the torque figures in the Honda Pioneer 700 service manual, and fit new split pins or locking hardware where the manual calls for them.
  • Have the toe/steering alignment checked and adjusted after fitting; incorrect toe causes rapid, uneven tyre wear.
  • Check the rubber boot or seal is seated correctly and undamaged during fitting — a split boot lets in water and grit and shortens the life of the joint.
  • Inspect the tie rod ends regularly, especially after riding in mud, sand or deep water: look for torn boots, visible play when the joint is rocked by hand, or looseness in the steering.
  • Wash off mud and grit after off-road use and rinse with low-pressure water; avoid aiming a pressure washer directly at the joint or its boot.
  • Replace the opposite side as well if it shows similar wear, and never straighten or re-use a bent or seized tie rod end.
