Clean the visor with warm water and a soft microfibre cloth; never use solvents, petrol-based products or abrasive materials, which will scratch the lens surface.
Clean the shell with mild soap and lukewarm water applied with a soft cloth; avoid petroleum-based cleaners and high-pressure washing.
Remove the interior cheek pads and crown liner and hand-wash in cool water with a gentle detergent; allow to air dry completely before reinstalling — do not tumble dry.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours and extreme heat, all of which can degrade the shell and EPS liner over time.
Never leave the helmet balanced on mirrors or handlebars — a single drop can compromise the EPS liner without leaving visible external damage.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even when no external damage is apparent, as EPS liners absorb energy through internal deformation that cannot be seen.
Inspect the visor, visor seal and retention system periodically for wear, cracking or looseness and replace worn components before riding.
Do not apply paint, aftermarket stickers containing solvents, or chemical cleaners to the shell, as these can weaken the polycarbonate.
