The AGV K1 S Soleluna 2018 is a full-face road helmet wearing a graphic livery drawn from Valentino Rossi's 2018 MotoGP season. Soleluna — Italian for sun and moon — is among the most recognisable liveries in grand prix racing history, brought here to an accessible sport helmet built to current safety standards.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dampened in mild soapy water; never use petroleum-based solvents, petrol, brake fluid or abrasive cleaners as these degrade the shell and graphics.
- Remove interior cheek pads and crown liner for hand washing in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent; allow all padding to air dry completely before reinserting.
- Clean the visor with warm water and a microfibre cloth, or a dedicated visor cleaning product; avoid dry-wiping as it scratches the surface and reduces optical clarity.
- Inspect the visor mechanism and locking tabs periodically; replace the visor if it shows deep scratches, crazing or difficulty sealing fully at speed.
- Retire the helmet immediately after any impact — even a low-height drop onto a hard surface — as internal EPS liner damage is not visible externally.
- Store the helmet in its bag or on a padded stand, away from direct sunlight, fuel vapour, paint fumes and heat sources; prolonged UV or chemical exposure degrades the shell and liner.
- Replace the helmet at a minimum every five years from the manufacture date moulded into the shell, or sooner if the liner feels compressed, the retention system shows fraying or the shell has visible cracks.
- Check the chin strap buckle before every ride; it should click firmly and hold under a sharp tug with no slipping.
