The AGV K1 S in the Sling Matt Black/Pink graphic is a road-focused full face helmet developed out of AGV's MotoGP™ experience. Its high-resistance thermoplastic shell, race-derived front vents and wind-tunnel-developed integrated spoiler are built around stability at speed, while the Ultravision panoramic visor opens up lateral and vertical vision for better awareness in traffic and on the open road.
It suits riders after a genuinely versatile helmet for commuting, weekend rides and sport riding, without paying for a track-only lid. AGV's Extreme Safety construction protocol takes the K1 S past the requirements of ECE 22.06, and the collarbone-safe shell profile is shaped to reduce the risk of injury in a crash.
Day-to-day comfort comes from the soft Dry-Comfort lining, which is fully removable and washable, and the fit is designed to accommodate glasses. The helmet is also prepared for the installation of a generic communication system.

- Measure your head circumference before ordering: run a tape around the widest part of the head, roughly midway on the forehead and above the eyebrows, then check it against the AGV fitment guide.
- Fasten the Double D ring every ride — thread the strap through both rings, back through the inner ring and pull firm so the strap is snug under the jaw with no slack.
- Remove the Dry-Comfort lining and cheek pads and wash them separately; refit only once completely dry, and make sure each part is properly seated before riding.
- Clean the shell and visor with lukewarm water and a mild soap using a soft cloth; avoid petrol, solvents, thinners and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the thermoplastic shell and the anti-scratch visor coating.
- Soften dried insects by laying a damp cloth over the visor for a few minutes rather than scrubbing them off dry.
- Use the Extra Quick Release System to remove and refit the visor for cleaning or replacement, and check the visor sits correctly and holds each position in the multistep mechanism afterwards.
- Fit a Pinlock insert for cold or wet weather, and use the micro-opening position to help clear fogging at low speed.
- Adjust the front vents and rear extractors to suit conditions; the removable nose guard and wind protector can be taken out in warmer weather.
- Store the helmet in its bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources and fuel or exhaust fumes, and never hang it on a mirror or handlebar end.
- Do not paint the shell or apply stickers, adhesives or solvent-based products to it.
- Replace the helmet after any impact, even if there is no visible damage to the outer shell.
- When fitting a communication system, use the provided speaker pockets and cable routing so nothing presses against your head or interferes with the retention strap.
