The AGV K1 S Limit 46 is a full-face sport motorcycle helmet from AGV, an Italian brand with a long heritage in racing at the highest levels of the sport. The Limit 46 graphic is a tribute to Valentino Rossi's legendary #46 livery, bringing race-inspired styling to everyday road riding.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; avoid solvents, abrasive cleaners, or petrol-based products, which can damage the shell finish and graphics.
- Clean the visor with a soft, damp microfibre cloth only — never wipe a dry visor, as this causes fine scratches that impair vision.
- Remove the inner lining and cheek pads before washing; hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry completely before reinserting.
- Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours, and chemical fumes — all of which degrade EPS and thermoplastic materials over time.
- Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no external damage is visible; internal EPS liner damage is not detectable by sight.
- Inspect the retention system (chin strap and buckle) periodically for wear, fraying, or loss of function.
- AGV advises helmet replacement five years from first use, or seven years from the manufacture date, whichever is earlier.
- Do not apply stickers, paint, or aftermarket adhesives to the shell without confirming compatibility, as solvents in adhesives can weaken the structure.
