The AGV Max Vision Pinlock 70 Clear Insert Lens is an anti-fog visor insert designed specifically for AGV helmets fitted with the GT4 visor, including the K5 S and K3 SV models. It mounts directly to the two Pinlock pins on the inside of the visor, creating a double-pane barrier that prevents condensation from forming on the lens surface.

Pinlock 70 technology uses a moisture-absorbing silicone edge seal to trap a thin layer of air between the insert and the outer visor. The clear tint preserves natural colour rendition and is suitable for all lighting conditions. This is a genuine AGV-supplied insert, engineered to the correct curvature and pin spacing for direct fitment without modification.

A straightforward, cost-effective upgrade for K5 S and K3 SV riders who need reliable fog-free vision in cold or humid conditions.

Fit the insert by aligning it over the two Pinlock pins on the inner face of the GT4 visor and pressing firmly until both pins are fully seated and the silicone seal contacts the visor evenly all the way around.
Before fitting, ensure the inside surface of the visor and both pins are clean and dry — any debris under the seal will compromise the anti-fog performance.
Clean the insert with a clean, damp microfiber cloth only; never use solvents, alcohol-based cleaners or abrasive materials, which will damage the silicone seal and scratch the lens surface.
Do not wipe the insert while it is dry — dampen the cloth first to avoid micro-scratches.
Periodically check that the silicone edge seal remains in full contact with the visor; if fogging returns in areas that were previously clear, re-seat the insert or inspect the seal for damage.
Store the insert in a soft pouch or the original packaging when not in use to prevent scratching.
Replace the insert if the silicone seal becomes flattened, torn or no longer forms a complete contact with the visor — a compromised seal will allow moisture ingress and fogging.
Do not leave the insert in direct sunlight for extended periods, as prolonged UV exposure can degrade the silicone seal over time.
