The AGV 100% Max Vision Pinlock 120 is the clear anti-fog insert made specifically for the AGV Race 3 visor, fitting the Pista GP RR, Pista GP R and Corsa R. It clips onto the visor pins to form a sealed pocket of air between the insert and the shield, so the inner surface stays close to your face temperature instead of fogging when you stop at the lights or ride in the cold and wet.

Pinlock 120 sits at the top of the Pinlock fog-resistance range, and it is the insert riders use in MotoGP, World Superbike and at the Isle of Man TT. The lens itself is a moisture-absorbing plastic, so the surface stays essentially dry in use rather than beading up. The Max Vision shape is cut to the Race 3's cavity, pushing the anti-fog area right out towards the edges of your field of view instead of leaving a framed window in the middle.

Fit with the silicone seal facing the visor: flex the visor gently outwards, locate the lens over both Pinlock pins, then release so the seal is compressed evenly all the way around.
Peel the protective film from both sides once the insert is seated, and check the seal makes continuous contact with the visor — any gap lets moist air into the pocket and fogging will return.
Handle by the edges. The anti-fog surface is soft and marks easily; fingerprints and scratches on the inner face are permanent.
Clean only with lukewarm water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Never use solvents, alcohol, glass cleaner, petrol or silicone sprays on the insert.
Do not wipe the inner surface while it is damp — the moisture-absorbing coating is at its most delicate when wet. Let it air-dry naturally instead.
Remove the insert before cleaning the visor properly, and let both parts dry fully before refitting.
Do not apply anti-fog sprays, waxes or polishes to the insert; they clog the moisture-absorbing surface.
Store the helmet somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, and avoid leaving it in a hot car — heat can distort the insert and harden the seal.
Replace the insert once it is scratched, hazed or the seal has gone hard, as a worn lens will scatter oncoming headlights at night.
Use only on the AGV Race 3 visor. The Max Vision shape is cut for that visor and will not seal correctly on other visor profiles.
