The AGV 100% MAX Vision Pinlock 120 Lens is the genuine anti-fog insert designed for the AGV K6 helmet visor. Using Pinlock's dual-silicone edge-seal system, it creates a sealed air pocket between the insert and the visor that absorbs moisture and prevents fogging in cold or humid riding conditions.

Fit the insert by aligning it with the two Pinlock pins on the inside of the K6 visor, then press the silicone rim firmly around the full perimeter until a continuous seal is formed.
Before every ride, verify the silicone seal has no gaps or lifted sections — any break in the seal will reduce anti-fog effectiveness.
Clean the outer face of the insert with a damp, lint-free microfibre cloth; never use paper towels or dry cloths, which will cause surface scratches.
Avoid alcohol, solvents, petrol-based products or abrasive cleaners — these will deteriorate the silicone seal and damage the lens.
To clean the inner face, remove the insert from the visor first; wipe gently with a damp microfibre cloth and allow to dry completely before refitting.
When storing, keep the insert in a soft pouch or helmet bag away from direct sunlight, high heat and sharp objects.
Periodically inspect the silicone rim for flattening, cracking or loss of elasticity; if the seal no longer holds against the visor surface, replace the insert.
Ensure the visor is fully open and seated correctly before attempting fitment — do not force or overstretch the silicone rim.
