A genuine Pinlock 70 anti-fog insert for AGV's Race GT2 visor, supplied in clear. It clips to the pins on the inside of the visor and, with its silicone seal, creates a sealed air pocket between insert and visor — the double-glazing effect that keeps your view clear when the temperature drops or the humidity climbs.

The insert itself is moulded from a moisture-absorbing plastic, so the inner surface stays essentially dry in use rather than beading up. The 100% Max Vision shape spreads the anti-fog area right out to the edges of the visor aperture, so you keep peripheral vision instead of looking at a fogged border.

Suits riders in AGV K1 and Compact ST helmets who commute year-round, ride in cold or wet weather, or spend time in stop-start traffic where fogging is worst.

Check your visor is a Race GT2 with Pinlock pins fitted before installing — the insert cannot be used on a visor without pins.
Install with the silicone seal facing the inside of the visor: flex the visor gently outwards, seat the insert over one pin, then the other, and release so the seal is under even tension all round.
Peel off the protective film only after the insert is fitted, and handle it by the edges to avoid marking the anti-fog surface.
If you see a partial seal or fogging between the insert and visor, rotate the visor's eccentric pins slightly to increase tension until the seal is continuous.
Wash by hand only, using lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then rinse and allow to air dry. Never dry-wipe the anti-fog side.
Do not use solvents, petrol, glass cleaner, alcohol-based products, polishes or abrasive cloths, and keep insect remover and fuel off the lens.
Remove the insert before cleaning the visor thoroughly, and let both parts dry fully before refitting.
Rain or condensation on the anti-fog surface is normal and will be absorbed; don't rub it away, as scrubbing damages the coating.
Store the helmet out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, and avoid leaving the visor closed against a wet interior for long periods.
Replace the insert if the anti-fog surface becomes scratched, hazed or no longer clears, as performance cannot be restored.
