The All Balls Racing 25-1355 is a complete rear wheel bearing and seal kit, supplied with the bearings and seals specified for the application. It's the straightforward way to refresh a rear hub that has developed play, roughness or seal weep, rather than sourcing loose bearings and seals separately.

Bearings are precision units built to ABEC3 tolerances and come pre-packed with Chevron SR-2 grease, while the double-lip seals are designed to keep dirt and moisture out of the hub. Suited to riders and workshops carrying out routine wheel servicing on road, adventure and off-road machines.

Bearing kits are application-specific. Please confirm 25-1355 is the correct kit for your make, model and year before ordering.

  • Confirm the kit suits your exact make, model and year before fitting; wheel bearing kits are application-specific.
  • Replace bearings and seals as a complete set rather than mixing new and used components in the same hub.
  • Clean the hub bores and inspect for scoring, ovality or heat damage before pressing in new bearings; a damaged hub will destroy new bearings quickly.
  • Drive bearings in squarely using a bearing driver or a socket that contacts the outer race only, never the inner race or the seal.
  • Fit seals with the lips facing outward and seat them flush; do not lever or distort them during installation.
  • Tighten axle and spacer hardware to the vehicle manufacturer's specified torque and check the wheel spins freely with no drag or side play.
  • Check for bearing play by rocking the wheel at the top and bottom of the tyre, and listen for roughness or rumble when spinning the wheel; inspect at every tyre change.
  • Avoid aiming high-pressure washers directly at the hub seals, as this can force water and grit past the seal lips.
  • After riding in deep water, mud or heavy rain, inspect the hub area and check bearing feel at the next service.
  • Store unused kits in their packaging in a cool, dry place and leave bearings sealed until installation to keep contaminants out of the grease.
