The Zodiac Chrome Rear Belt Pulley is a 70-tooth rear drive pulley finished in chrome, intended as a replacement or dress-up item for Harley-Davidson Softail models from 2000 onwards.
It suits riders rebuilding or restyling the final drive who want the stock tooth count retained alongside a polished chrome look. Fitment should be confirmed against your model year and existing final drive setup before ordering.

- Confirm fitment against your exact model year and current final drive configuration before installation.
- Have the pulley fitted by a qualified technician and torque all fasteners to the figures in your model's factory service manual.
- Inspect the drive belt for cracking, fraying or missing teeth whenever the pulley is removed or replaced, and renew the belt if it is worn.
- Check belt tension and alignment after fitting, then re-check after the first ride and at the intervals set out in your service schedule.
- Keep the pulley teeth and belt path free of stones, grit and road debris, which can damage both the belt and the pulley.
- Clean the chrome with warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes and harsh solvents.
- Dry the pulley thoroughly after washing or riding in the wet, and apply a chrome-safe protectant to help resist corrosion and road salt.
- Inspect periodically for chipped teeth, scoring or chrome lifting, and replace the pulley if damage is found.
