Yoshimura Hayabusa 2022-25 V2 Fender Eliminator Kit

The Yoshimura V2 Fender Eliminator Kit is a model-specific tail tidy for the 2022-2025 Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R. It replaces the bulky factory rear fender arrangement with a compact powder-coated stainless steel and aluminium base, giving the tail section a cleaner, shorter look without cutting or modifying the standard bodywork.

Yoshimura redesigned the V2 platform around a modular approach, so the base accepts only the accessories you actually want to run. The base ships with model-specific plug-and-play wiring for the LED licence plate light housing, so there is no splicing into the bike's loom, and integrated fasteners remove roughly half the loose hardware of the previous design — you no longer need a second spanner on a nut to reach final torque.

Suited to Hayabusa owners after a tidier rear end with a straightforward, reversible bolt-on installation. Images are for reference only; the correct part for your model will be supplied.

Disconnect the battery before unplugging the factory tail loom or connecting the kit's plug-and-play harness.
Fit the base loosely first, check the plate and light housing sit square to the tail, then bring all fasteners up to final torque — the integrated fasteners mean you do not need to hold a nut from behind.
Do not overtighten the stainless hardware into the bracketry; snug and even is enough to avoid distorting the base.
Route and secure the wiring clear of the rear wheel, suspension travel and any hot exhaust components, and leave slack for suspension movement.
Confirm the licence plate light works before riding, and re-check it after the first few rides.
Re-check all fasteners after the first ride or two and then periodically, as the rear of the bike sees constant vibration.
Clean with warm water and a mild detergent on a soft cloth; avoid solvents, petrol-based cleaners, abrasive pads and high-pressure washing directly at the light housing or connectors, which can damage the powder coating or force water into the wiring.
Dry the assembly after wet rides or washing and keep the electrical connector clean and free of grit.
Check that your plate position, angle and illumination still comply with the road rules in your state or territory before riding on public roads.
Retain the removed factory fender and hardware if you may want to return the bike to standard.
