XTECH WHEEL CHOCK

The X-Tech Wheel Chock is a motorcycle wheel cradle used to hold a bike's front wheel straight and located, so it can be strapped down square in a ute, trailer or van, or parked tidily in the garage.

It suits riders who transport a bike to the track, to trail rides or to the workshop, and anyone who wants a stable, repeatable way to stand a bike up while fitting tie-downs. Sold as a single chock under our SKU XTMST110.

A wheel chock locates the wheel only — it is not a restraint on its own and must always be used together with tie-down straps when transporting a motorcycle.

  • Wheel cradle holds the front wheel straight and located while you fit tie-downs
  • Suits ute trays, trailers and vans, as well as garage and workshop parking
  • Supplied as a single wheel chock (SKU XTMST110)

  • Set the chock on a flat, firm, level surface before loading — on a trailer or ute tray, position and secure it before the bike is ridden or pushed on.
  • Roll the front wheel in slowly and squarely until it seats fully in the cradle; keep the bike vertical and don't let it drop against one side of the chock.
  • Always fit tie-down straps once the wheel is seated — a wheel chock locates the wheel, it does not restrain the motorcycle on its own.
  • If the chock has mounting holes, bolt or strap it to the trailer deck or tray using suitable hardware, and check the fixings before every trip.
  • Re-check strap tension after the first few kilometres of a journey, and again at rest stops on longer trips.
  • After use in wet, salty or muddy conditions, rinse with fresh water, dry thoroughly, and wipe bare or scratched metal with a light oil or corrosion inhibitor.
  • Inspect regularly for cracked welds, bent sections, loose fasteners and worn or missing feet or pads; take the chock out of service if anything is damaged.
  • Store in a dry, sheltered spot off the ground, and keep it clear of oil and grease so the base doesn't slide in use.
  • Don't use the chock as a jack, stand or support for working under or on a lifted bike, and don't use it on soft, loose or sloping ground.
