The X-Tech Heavy Duty Wheel Chock is a front wheel chock that cradles your bike's front tyre and holds the machine upright, so it stays put while you fit tie-down straps or work around it.
It suits riders loading a bike onto a trailer, ute tray or van for transport, as well as anyone who wants a stable parking spot in the shed or workshop. Use it together with tie-downs when transporting — a chock positions the bike, straps secure it.

- Set the chock on a firm, level, clean surface before loading — wet, oily or loose surfaces let it slide.
- Where the mounting arrangement allows, fix the chock to the trailer deck or ute tray before riding or pushing the bike on.
- Roll the front wheel in under control until the tyre seats fully in the cradle; have an assistant steady the bike if you can.
- Always fit tie-down straps as well. A wheel chock positions and steadies the bike but is not a substitute for proper restraint during transport.
- Do not leave a bike standing unattended in the chock without straps or a stand supporting it.
- Check fasteners, welds and any pivoting parts periodically; retighten anything that has worked loose and stop using the chock if you find cracks or bending.
- Rinse off road salt, mud and grit after wet or coastal use, then dry the chock before storing it.
- Store under cover in a dry place and touch up any chipped paint promptly to keep surface corrosion at bay.
- Confirm the chock suits your front tyre width and wheel diameter before use — chocks are not universal across all bikes.
