Clean the rim with water and a mild soap solution; avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
After washing, dry thoroughly to prevent surface corrosion, particularly at any exposed steel edges or areas where the finish is chipped.
Inspect regularly for dents, cracks, or deformation — do not use a structurally compromised rim.
Before fitting, confirm the 4/156 bolt pattern and +63.5 mm offset are correct for your specific Polaris model year and rear axle configuration.
Torque wheel nuts to the vehicle manufacturer's specified torque value when mounting; recheck torque after the first ride.
Maintain correct tyre pressure as specified for your ATV or UTV — improper inflation can stress the rim bead seat.
If the black coating is chipped or scratched, treat exposed steel promptly with a suitable rust-inhibiting paint or spray to prevent corrosion.
Store the rim in a dry location away from prolonged moisture exposure when not in use.
